Managing Partner
Monin is an international lawyer who has practised for over 20 years at magic circle and international firms. She is qualified in England and Wales as a Barrister, an advocate and solicitor in Singapore as well as a solicitor in Hong Kong.
Having spent all her career at prestigious international firms, Monin has been well trained and seeded in diverse practice areas of corporate finance, initial public listings, private equity, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, trade disputes, patent litigation and intellectual property litigation.
Monin realised after a continuous 20-year hectic work life there's more to life and went to Oxford University for 5 years of quiet reflection and distillation of self. She returned to Hong Kong in 2018 to launch MUNG, a legal practice which thrives to make a difference, relevant to the future and impactful.
Monin is the Founder of Women in DAO, a space she finds vibrancy and expressions.
MUNG has proven itself to be a valuable partner with tech, biotech and art tech entrepreneurs where they could grow from strength to strength with quality and strategic legal advice. In our spare time we pilot our own legaltech solutions with a view to making legal advice and assistance accessible to more.
We've handled the 1st ICO Arbitration in London, and the 1st DAO Litigation in Hong Kong.
